US mobile carrier AT&T has just announced that they have now activated more than one million iPhone 4S handsets since the iPhone 4S went on sale last Friday to Tuesday this week, and we also heard from Apple recently that they had sold more than 4 million iPhone 4S devices in the first three days.It will be interesting to see what sort of numbers both Verizon and Sprint post for the iPhone 4S, and whether either company has activated as many devices as AT&T.
