The specs are in line with the new crop - 1GHz processor and 5MP fixed-focus camera on the usual 360x640 resolution. It also has pentaband 14.4Mbps HSDPA and NFC, so it is a step above the low-end Nokia 500, with probably a bigger screen, but keeps the interchangeable battery colors from the 500 to spice things up.
Availability and cost are not known yet, but something tells us this one won't break the bank.
The excellent Symbian Belle update is also expected to receive either availability announced, or a timeframe on October 27, when Nokia World wraps up, for handsets like the Nokia N8, C7 or E7. It is actually a pretty good effort on Nokia's part, and the best Symbian to date, so it is welcome to breathe new life into your year-old handset.
