Microsoft is just finishing up rolling out the latest version of its Windows Phone software, version 7.5 Mango, but what about the next major update, which is codenamed Apollo?
According to the guys over at Engadget, we could see Windows Phone Apollo land in the middle of 2012, and the new came from a Nokia executive, Michael Halbherr, who said that Apollo will be a ‘very different game’ to Windows Phone Mango. It will be interesting to see what the next version of Microsoft’s mobile OS will be like, Windows Phone Mango has brought a range of new features to Windows Phone devices, and from the looks of where Windows Phone is headed it looks very interesting.
