One of the main features that Apple advertises for its new iPhone 4S smartphone is the new voice activated virtual assistant called Siri, and it would appear that yesterday there was the first outage of Apple’s Siri service.
Users in the US reported being unable to get Siri to work for a few hours, and many of them were getting the message that they couldn’t connect to the network, and it would appear that the problem lasted for a few hours. It doesn’t look like Apple has release any specific information as yet on what caused the outage.
