We heard that the new Samsung Galaxy Nexus is expected to cost $289 on Verizon Wireless, the device will launch in Europe on the 17th of November, but Verizon has not confirmed a launch date for the Galaxy Nexus on their network in the US. Now according to a leaked Verizon roadmap, it looks like the Samsung Galaxy Nexus will be available from Verizon in the US from the 21st of November 2011, of course this date has not yet been confirmed by Verizon.
The Samsung Galaxy comes with a 4.65 inch HD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, plus a dual core 1.2GHz processor. The Galaxy Nexus also features an advanced 5 megapixel camera which can record full HD video, and it also comes with the latest version of Google’s mobile OS, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. As soon as we get some confirmation from Verizon Wireless that the 21st of November is the launch date in the US.
