Following on for its previous success with mobile applications Starbucks has now launched a new Starbucks Cup Magic app which allows you to view special characters created for the holiday season on special designed red stripy cups, Christmas Blend bags and in-store advertisements.
The Starbucks Cup Magic app uses augmented reality to enable you to interact with the characters once you have found them, and also allows you to send holiday ecards as well. Watch the video after the jump to see it in action. The Starbucks Cup Magic app will be available to download on November 15th and will give you the chance to win a prize if you find all the characters and AR scenes.
