Samsung Galaxy Tab with 11.6-inch screen under works ?

Samsung is preparing to announce a next generation Samsung Galaxy Tab in the month of February, 2012. According to BGR, the new tablet boasts with a 11.6 inch screen with a stunning resolution of 2560 x 1600 px. Samsung initiated this move to beat Apple's Retina Display, says the report. In contrast to this, we've noticed that Apple is prepping a 7.85 inch tablet parked for 2012. Samsung enthusiasts need not about the device size, since it is supposed to carry a smaller bezel and a bigger screen. Apparently, the device comes with a super speedy processor and joins the Android bandwagon. This particular tablet offering of the Korean electronics manufacturer will reportedly feature the Ice Cream Sandwich Android, which will make it among the first tablet devices to receive the latest version of the Android OS.

Among the features of this upcoming 11.6-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab is a 2 GHz dual-core Exynos processor, the Android Beam and a display screen with a2560 by 1600 resolution. The tablet will also be slightly bigger than the existing 10.1-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab due to a slimmer bezel.
