Twitter for Android gets a small update that merely packs fixes to "crashers" and bugs

Playing around with your Android powered smartphone, you might’ve realized a new notification hinting to you that an update is available for Twitter for Android. Well, you might scratch your head after installing it because there isn’t a whole lot new with it – rather, it kills off some bugs.

Although it doesn’t affect all users, there are enough people out there experiencing some instability, and eventually, the update was pushed out to quash all problems surrounding the popular app. Taking at a peek as to what’s new with the update, the Android Market description merely displays “crashers and bug fixes.”

Of course, it’s nice to see version 3.0.1 of Twitter for Android packing along some improvements, but beyond that, there’s not a whole lot. Nevertheless, even if you’re not experiencing any issues running the app, it’d be best to download the update to keep things in check.

Nope, there aren’t any snazzy new features or additions, except for these improvements to iron out some of its kinks – so why not download it?
