LG recently announced the LG Optimus L3, which is a budget Android smartphone, and now LG has announced that the LG Optimus L3 will be available in Europe and Asia later this month.The LG Optimus L3 will go on sale in Russia and Asia first and then it will be available at other countries around the world this month. As a reminder the LG Optimus L3 comes with a 3.2 inch QVGA touchscreen display and is powered by an 800MHz dual core processor, the device comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
