Last year LG’s Optimus One made a lot of noise, and surely was one of the most successful phone of the autumn. Almost a year later here comes his follower, LG Optimus Net.
The phone is powered by plus Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS with 800MHz CPU, WiFi-N and Bluetooh 3.0. These are the only differences from Optimus One, so it’s more likely an evolution rather than a successor. However the hardware fits the device: 512MB of RAM, HSDPA and a 3Megapixel camera. It’s important to notice that the CPU isn’t a simple overclock of the previous one, like someone feared.
The LG Optimus Net features a 3.2 inch HVGA touchscreen display. It also comes with 512MB of RAM, aGPS and a microSD card slot.
There are no details as yet on when the LG Optimus Net will be available in other countries soon.
