iPhone 4S arriving to South Korea, Hong Kong, Eastern Europe on Nov 11th
Apple has announced today that the iPhone 4S is arriving to more markets on November 11th. The destinations are South Korea, Hong Kong and Eastern Europe. Most of the included countries will be able to pre-order the iPhone 4S on November 4th.

So what exactly are the countries getting the new iPhone 4S? The list includes Albania, Armenia, Bulgaria, El Salvador, Greece, Guatemala, Malta, Montenegro, New Zealand, Panama, Poland, Portugal, and Romania. Sadly, one of the biggest advantages of the 4S, Siri, will be available only to some because of a language barrier. Currently, Siri only supports different flavors of English, French and German.

The price hasn't yet been unveiled, but we have no reason to believe that Apple will deviate much from the $650 US price tag for unlocked handsets.
