According to U.K. online handset retailer Clove, the Motorola RAZR-the overseas cousin of the Motorola DROID RAZR in the States, has been delayed by a week. The phone was expected to ship today or tomorrow and now it will be another week of waiting for those poor souls in the U.K.. Sure, that might not seem like a long time to wait for most things, but hey-we are talking about that slinky new sexy Android device that measures just 7.1mm at its thinnest point. The reason for the delay is not known.
For those in the U.S. who have pre-ordered the phone, or are planning on popping into a Verizon store on November 10th, let's hope that this delay does not foreshadow a similar problem in the States. After all, it already seems that the Samsung GALAXY Nexus will be released later than expected, but that also appears to be partly due to Verizon's alleged indifference about the phone.
